In your panel: WEB → Add domain. Use the included subdomain (name.hosting.renxaii.com) or your own domain.

Nothing to do for the included subdomain. For your own domain, create an A record to our IP; we email you the exact value.

Your site goes live with a Let’s Encrypt certificate, TLS 1.3, HTTP/2 and an HTTP-to-HTTPS redirect.

What can I host?
Static sites, PHP projects and apps with a MariaDB database: WordPress, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony or your own PHP. Each site picks PHP 8.2, 8.3 or 8.4. Not sure? Tell us about your project before signing up.
Do I need to buy a domain?
Not to start. Every plan includes a subdomain like yourname.hosting.renxaii.com, which uses one of your sites. Some names are reserved (login, payments, support…). If you have your own domain, you just point an A record to us.
How long does HTTPS take?
Minutes. An automated process checks accounts every two minutes: once your domain points to us, it publishes it with a Let’s Encrypt certificate and emails you. Don’t enable SSL inside the panel: we handle HTTPS.
How do I sign up and pay?
Message us on WhatsApp or use the form. We confirm your project fits, arrange payment and create your account; you get an email with your access details. This site never charges you or asks for card details.
How do backups work?
Every night a copy of your account is made (sites, databases, cron and settings). Starter keeps the 3 most recent and Developer keeps 7. All copies are also replicated to another machine. We still recommend keeping your own copy.
Do I get SSH or email?
You get SFTP (sftp.hosting.renxaii.com, port 2222) and a file manager, but no SSH terminal. Plans don’t include email mailboxes.
What about my .htaccess?
The server runs Nginx, which doesn’t read .htaccess. The WordPress, Laravel and CodeIgniter templates already include their rules; if your site needs others, we help you translate them.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime, by messaging us. Upgrades depend on capacity. Before cancelling, download your files, databases and backups.
