We use the information in your request to talk with you about your project and the service you need.

What we receive
The form asks for your full name, email, optional phone, plan of interest and message, plus your acceptance of this notice. Don’t send passwords, card numbers or sensitive information. For questions about this data, write to hosting@renxaii.com.
What we use it for
To answer your request, check whether your project fits the hosting and arrange a possible sign-up with you. If you sign up, we keep your name, email, phone if provided and plan to manage the account and send you access details and service notices (for example, when a domain goes live with HTTPS). Sending the form doesn’t create an account or subscribe you to marketing. We don’t sell your data.
Where it is processed
Your request is delivered to the Renxaii mailbox through the email service of this website’s hosting provider. The site keeps no message database and doesn’t store message content in files. The message remains in the received email and our replies for as long as needed to handle your request.
Abuse protection
The form temporarily keeps timestamps and a protected identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it never stores the IP in plain text. Expired entries are purged automatically. Hosting providers may keep technical access and mail logs to operate and protect the service.
Cookies and external services
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and includes no trackers. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. When you open WhatsApp, Discord or the client panel, you use services with their own terms. The Discord button only copies the username.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of the information you sent us by writing to hosting@renxaii.com. We may ask for the minimum details needed to confirm the request concerns your information.
