Service and sign-up

Renxaii offers shared web hosting for static sites and PHP applications compatible with the available environment. Each request is reviewed against requirements and capacity. Sending a form or message doesn’t guarantee a spot, activate any service or charge you.

Plans and prices

Starter: ₡1,500 per month. Developer: ₡3,000 per month (Costa Rican colones). These are final monthly prices. Before payment we agree on the method, activation date and renewal. No cards or payments are processed on this site.

Published resources are per-account limits. CPU and memory are shared and are not sold as dedicated resources.

Domains and HTTPS

Every plan includes a hosting.renxaii.com subdomain, subject to availability; it uses one of your plan’s sites and some names are reserved. You can use your own domain; registering and renewing it isn’t included.

When you add a domain in the panel and its DNS points to the service, it is published automatically with a Let’s Encrypt certificate and we email you. The certificate renews on its own. Don’t enable SSL inside the panel: Renxaii handles HTTPS.

Backups

Every night a copy of your account is created. Starter keeps up to 3 and Developer up to 7. Copies are also replicated to another machine, where they are kept for at least 14 days. These copies don’t replace your own: download your data regularly and before any cancellation or plan change.

Support and exclusions

We help with activation, initial domain setup and using the panel, as available. We don’t offer 24/7 support or a guaranteed response time.

Not included: email mailboxes, SSH terminal, VPS, Docker, long-running Node.js or Python processes, development, application maintenance or free migrations. The service is not offered with a guaranteed uptime percentage.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you host and for keeping your applications updated and your credentials safe. Don’t use the hosting for malware, impersonation, spam or unauthorized access to other systems. If an activity affects other accounts or the server, we may step in to contain it and work out a resolution with you.

Changes and cancellation

Request plan changes or cancellation through the published contact channels. Changes depend on capacity. The closing date, the time to retrieve your data and any outstanding balance are agreed before closing. This page doesn’t promise refunds.
